2023 Sale Information
The 2023 Berks Book Bonanza Sale is canceled.
Due to the logistical complications extra expenses anticipated with finding a collections, sorting, and sale location, the Book Bonanza Committee has made the decision to cancel this year's sale operations.
While the committee is saddened to make this difficult decision, they are hopeful for a highly successful sale in 2024! The Berks County Commissioners have offered space at the county's new South Campus location once renovations are completed.
Updates about the next sale and donation collections will be made to the website and Friends of Berks County Public Libraries and AAUW Reading Branch social media accounts.
OVER 100,000 BOOKS FOR SALE!
The Berks Book Bonanza is an annual used-book sale with more than 100,000 hardcover and paperback books available for purchase. There are children's books, classics, teacher materials, reference items, audio, video, and puzzles. In non-fiction, there are books on history, biography, science, art, health, nature, hobbies, languages, sports, and cookbooks. The fiction selection offers all genres.
No carts or strollers will be permitted at the sale.
